Bunty Chawla

Field reporter

Live from the spot. Kaunsa spot, pata nahi.

A railway platform, a toll plaza, a wedding tent. It varies.

Bunty is permanently on location somewhere ordinary and never quite sure which district he is in. The wind has his notes, the network is on one bar, and a goat has eaten the cable. He believes he is one good cross away from being brought back into the AC.

Boundless enthusiasm, minimal orientation. Reporter's vest, press badge, and a forehead that has met the Indian summer.
